Child & adolescent development specialist and care management professional, supporting children, families, and individuals with developmental needs across NYC.
For over a decade I've worked at the intersection of child development, family support, and care management, meeting people where they are and helping them move toward stability and growth.
My background spans early childhood classrooms, foster care, after-school programs, and supervising teams of care managers who support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Across every role, I've leaned on a person-centered approach: listening first, building trust, and coordinating the medical, social, and emotional resources that help children and families thrive.
As a bilingual English–Spanish professional, I'm able to connect with families across cultures and advocate for them through complex systems. My focus is always the same: helping children and families feel seen, supported, and set up to thrive.
Trust-building, advocacy, and coordinating wraparound support for children, families, and individuals with developmental needs.
Early-childhood classroom support, behavioral guidance, mentoring, and creating safe, structured learning environments.
Fluent English & Spanish, with cross-cultural management training that helps me connect with families across communities.
CPR certified for infants, children & adults, with training in health, safety, and emergency preparedness.
Supervising and training care managers, using data and reporting to improve member services and outcomes.
Organized, detail-driven coordination of paperwork, scheduling, and documentation across providers and agencies.
Open to roles in child development, care management, and family support. I'd love to hear about how I can help.
